• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel an order placed at an incorrect price and notify you promptly

Stock and availability

• Products are subject to availability

• We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order

• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time

• If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a refund or suitable alternative

4. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Guarantees

Under the Australian Consumer Law, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Our products are guaranteed to:

• Be of acceptable quality — safe, durable, free from defects, and acceptable in appearance and finish

• Match their description as shown on our website

• Be fit for the purpose for which they are commonly supplied (decorative artwork for display in residential and commercial settings)

• Match any sample or demonstration shown before purchase

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies any guarantee, warranty, right, or remedy that you have under the ACL or any other applicable law. Where our liability can be limited by law, our liability is limited to, at our option: resupplying the product, or the cost of replacing the product.

An order placed through our website is an offer by you to purchase a product. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to:

• Limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order

• Cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase information for all orders. If you provide inaccurate information that results in delivery failure, you may be responsible for any additional costs incurred.

Prices

• All prices on deanturnerart.com are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) for Australian customers and United States Dollars (USD) for US customers, unless otherwise stated

• Prices are subject to change without notice

• Prices displayed include GST where applicable for Australian orders

• Prices do not include any import duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders — these are the responsibility of the buyer

Accepted payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL)

AfterPay and Shop Pay Installments are offered as payment options. These services are provided by third parties under their own terms and conditions. By using these services, you agree to be bound by their respective terms. Dean Turner Art is not responsible for any issues arising from your use of BNPL services. Installment plans do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

All payment card information is encrypted using SSL/TLS technology during transmission. We do not store full payment card details.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Key shipping terms:

• Free shipping is offered on all orders worldwide

• Australian orders ship from Gold Coast, Queensland — estimated 3-5 business days

• US orders ship from Denver, Colorado — estimated 7-14 business days

• International orders ship from Australia or the US depending on location — estimated 2-4 weeks

• We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses — a full street address is required at checkout

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address

• All shipments are fully insured — if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund

8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Nothing in our Refund Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement. If a product has a minor failure, we may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

All content on deanturnerart.com — including but not limited to artworks, paintings, photographs, images, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the exclusive property of Dean Turner Art or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright law.

When you purchase a canvas from Dean Turner Art, you receive the physical artwork for personal display and enjoyment. You do not receive any copyright, reproduction rights, or commercial licence to the underlying artwork. The intellectual property in the artwork remains with Dean Turner Art.

The artist names and likenesses depicted in our artworks are referenced for artistic and cultural commentary purposes. Dean Turner Art is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any of the artists, bands, estates, or organisations depicted in our artworks unless expressly stated.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services:
